Everything feels essential
Every dataset, mechanism, milestone, and caveat feels essential—so nothing receives the emphasis it deserves.
Guided presentation systems for biotech innovators
Stop rebuilding every biotech story from a blank slide. NarraFlect gives researchers, scientific founders, and early-stage teams the structure to shape complex evidence into decision-ready presentations—faster.
Built from firsthand experience across biotech development, fundraising, partnering, and board-level communication.
The communication gap
They need the right information, in the right order, for the decision in front of them.
Every dataset, mechanism, milestone, and caveat feels essential—so nothing receives the emphasis it deserves.
You know the science deeply. Investors, partners, and customers are evaluating it from a different starting point.
A technically accurate deck can still leave the reader unsure what to believe, discuss, or do next.
The NarraFlect approach
Each toolkit is designed around a specific communication moment and the decision your audience needs to make.
You receive an editable presentation plus the reasoning behind it: what belongs, what can be removed, and how each part advances the story.
Featured toolkits
Each toolkit combines an editable presentation with the logic that helps you decide what belongs.

Illustrative scenarios
See how a guided story system can reduce interpretation work across different biotech communication settings.
Research, technology transfer, and business colleagues need to agree on what the discovery could become—and which evidence belongs in the first external conversation.
A potential partner is listening from a different starting point. The founder needs a shorter story that makes the opportunity, evidence, uncertainty, and next step discussable.
Consultant and client work together to reorganize a dense technical narrative. The toolkit provides a repeatable starting point without replacing scientific judgment.
Illustrative scenarios based on common challenges in biotech communication. These are not customer testimonials or performance claims.
“The hardest part was never finding more information. It was deciding what mattered in the room.”
Why NarraFlect exists
NarraFlect was created from firsthand experience across biotech development, fundraising, partnering, and board-level communication—where too much information feels important, yet decision-makers rarely share the same context. That experience became a repeatable way to turn complex scientific and business information into narratives people can follow.

NarraFlect policies
These Terms govern your use of narraflect.com and any NarraFlect digital product you purchase. By accessing the website or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms and the license selected at checkout.
NarraFlect products are downloadable presentation toolkits and guidance materials. Product descriptions identify the included file formats, content, and license choices. Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchases are one-time payments and do not include custom consulting, scientific review, future products, or lifetime updates.
One person may use the toolkit for their own research, venture, employment, or organization. The reusable source files may not be shared with other users, and the toolkit may not be used to perform paid work for third-party clients.
Up to 10 people within the same legal entity may access and use the reusable source files for that entity’s internal business purposes. Affiliates, contractors, clients, and other legal entities are not covered unless expressly agreed in writing.
One named consultant may use the toolkit in paid client projects and may deliver customized PPTX or PDF outputs to clients. The original NarraFlect template, guide, and reusable source kit remain non-transferable. Each additional consultant requires a separate license.
Under every tier, you may not resell, sublicense, publish, upload to a shared template marketplace, distribute, or make the original or substantially similar reusable NarraFlect source files available to others. You may not remove ownership notices, claim the toolkit as your own product, use it to train a competing template product, or bypass access and licensing controls.
You are responsible for the scientific accuracy, completeness, confidentiality, regulatory compliance, and suitability of all content you place into a toolkit. NarraFlect provides communication structure and guidance; it does not provide legal, medical, regulatory, investment, accounting, or scientific validation services.
NarraFlect and its licensors retain all intellectual property rights in the website, toolkit structure, original designs, instructions, and reusable source materials. Your purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license under the selected tier; it does not transfer ownership.
Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy handles checkout, payment processing, receipts, and applicable transaction taxes. Additional terms may be presented during checkout.
Refund eligibility is described in the Refund Policy. If a purchase is refunded, the corresponding license ends and all downloaded source files must be deleted, except where retention is required by law.
We aim to keep the website and downloads available, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Products are provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee fundraising, partnering, sales, regulatory, or other business outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NarraFlect will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from the website or products. NarraFlect’s total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to that claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
We may suspend or terminate a license for material breach, including unauthorized sharing or resale. On termination, you must stop using and delete the reusable source files. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to NarraFlect’s legal place of establishment, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country.
Questions can be sent to hello@narraflect.com. We may update these Terms when products, services, or legal requirements change. Changes apply from the effective date shown on this page and do not retroactively change a completed purchase unless required by law.
NarraFlect policies
NarraFlect sells downloadable digital products. Because files cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods, refund eligibility depends on whether access or download has begun and on the reason for the request.
Except where required by applicable law, digital product purchases are generally non-refundable once the download has been accessed or the files have been delivered. If you purchased by mistake and have not accessed the download, contact us promptly and we will review the request.
Please contact us within 14 days of purchase if:
We may first provide a replacement download, corrected file, or other reasonable solution. If the issue cannot be resolved, a full or partial refund may be issued as appropriate.
Email hello@narraflect.com with your order number, purchase email address, and a short description of the issue. Screenshots or error messages can help us resolve technical problems faster.
Payments and approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy, NarraFlect’s merchant of record. The time for a refund to appear depends on the payment method and financial institution. Lemon Squeezy may also issue a refund within 60 days of purchase when it considers that necessary to prevent a chargeback or address payment risk.
When a purchase is refunded, the associated license ends. You must stop using and delete the reusable toolkit source files and may not use them in future work. Any rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
Write to hello@narraflect.com. We will review the order and explain the available solution.
