• Subscription information you provide for NarraFlect Insights, such as your first name, email address, consent and confirmation status, and subscription preferences.
• Order information provided to us by Polar, such as your email address, purchased product, license tier, order status, country, and transaction reference.
• Basic technical and security data, such as IP address, browser type, device type, timestamps, and server logs.
• Cookie or limited analytics data where enabled and permitted by your consent settings.

We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

• To deliver purchased files, confirm licenses, and provide customer support.
• To reply to enquiries and maintain business records.
• To send NarraFlect Insights, requested resources, and related editorial updates when you have subscribed and confirmed your email address.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Payment processing

Purchases are processed by Polar, which acts as the merchant of record and handles payment processing, applicable sales tax, receipts, and related transaction services. Polar processes your information under its own terms and privacy policy presented during checkout.

5. Email subscriptions

NarraFlect Insights subscriptions are managed through Brevo. When you submit the signup form, Brevo processes the information you provide together with subscription and confirmation data under its privacy policy. We use double opt-in, which means you must confirm the subscription through an email before requested resources or editorial updates are sent.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in each email. Unsubscribing stops future editorial emails but does not remove records that must be retained for purchases, support, legal obligations, or the documentation of consent.

6. Cookies and analytics

The website may use cookies that are necessary for security, preferences, and checkout functionality. The subscription form uses Google reCAPTCHA to reduce automated and abusive submissions. Google may process device, browser, interaction, and network information under its Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. If optional analytics or marketing tools are added, consent will be requested where required, and this policy will be updated to describe those tools.

7. Sharing and international processing

Information may be shared with service providers that help us operate the website, deliver email, host files, process purchases, prevent fraud, or comply with law.
